NC SUPERSTAR I MUST BE CRAZY!
Well, lots of things to share today. Let me list them all out: 1)NC Talent Quest 2)Higher MT 'o' level oral examinations 3)Prefects Investiture 4)Vice chairperson's tasks 5)Nchs String performances at IMH (yes don't ever laugh, and this performance is for the Nurses working there), got into String Quintet : First violin, second violin, viola, cello and dbl bass.
Yes Yes Yes. Alright lets just start accordingly. "NC TALENT QUEST!!!" i must have been out of my mind to have agreed to such an event. WHAT?! Yes it was all bel's idea, a 4hands piano plus 2 violins playing Czardas, by Monti. Oh My GOD!!! yes, mr tien and mr wong are aware bout it...and yes yes yes...auditions are held like on THURS, and...we're still, ya, alright manageable...yes, so this "grp" consists of me, isabel, charmaine and jingru...yes, same people from the quartet in which was made known and recorded in nan chiau high history, first string quartet to be formed, and now, it's still surviving. Pretty much amaazing huh? But just for this talent quest, charm and me won't be on the cello and viola, respectively. Okay. Well, "just try lar!" String O members, pleases do cheer for us okay!
Alright alright, now hmm, about GCE "O"lvel oral examinations for mother tongue, yes, involving my present circle of friends, florence, chian yee, pei xuan, siow may. YES, now it's a little too late to wish them "Good Luck" in my blog, b'cause i've completely forgotten bout today, the important day of this month i guess, how could i??? Yes, my friends were pretty nervous in the morning, feelings of anticipation as well. well well well, just received an sms from Florence that the oral examinations were quite okay. Yes, and i'm happy for her =)=)=) (deserve a few more smileys, yea?)
NUMBER #3:
prefects investiture was carried out today, appointment of the new student council chairperson,
TAY WAN LING jean and i made a scene in the hall during assembly, with just Mr Principal, Hods beside us...and yeah, we just cheered, laughed laughed and laughed. Who cares bout getting punished for our laughter, you know. I loved her speech she gave, full of confidence, and brought out her personality, that's her, the wanling i've known for almost three years. Yes, her, a violist as well, helping me with the Viola Section, that's wanling. I'm so proud of her. She was there for me when i was facing the darkest moments of my entire sec2 life last year, the one who encouraged me not to give up, just face the rocky path of life first, and enjoy the smooth part later. She was one of my confidantes. Yes, she might have her flaws, yes, but her flaws weren't much causing any problems to me. She is a good friend.
(well, wanling, don't cry after reading this...erm, its not meant to be EMO. Tee hee! =)){i know u're touched!}
NUMBER #4:
Vice chair new responsibility, yes, okay, just realised how tedious attendance marking was. Because i'm not good with names, especially people with the sec ones, don't really know them plus how to address them. I was put in charge today for a while till isabel returned from the oral examinations. Okay, well, yes, good experience anyway, it wasn't as easy as just dealing with my section. yes, i shouldn't have taken things for granted! Well, lesson learnt.
Number #5:
"Okay, we needa form a quintet for a performance, so this will consist of, U isabel, Jing ru, and You and you and you..."quintet!!!Yes, i'm involved... This will mean them, its me again, probably ruining the piece. HA, did a slight rehearsal today, with the members, I found it was okay, cause i skipped a few notes, 'The Hunt'. and managed to cope well with 3rd position of A string. Yippee! Okay plus String performance at IMH, yes, Nurses Day, i've heard. well, i'm more concerned bout the viola section cause not everyone gets to go, mr wong has decided td,wanling and huiyi...and i feel that there's still someone in which is longing to go, my dearest Cheryl Ljm. yes, yes yes...she SHOULD go. And instead of her, td is going...lol...I don't mean to say td's not good, he has made improvements, and rapid ones. Serious. Cheryl, well frankly speaking, i feel that she's good, but hasn't made much improvements, well i suppose is due to the lack of confidence. Yeah...
Alright, gotta sleep now. Yes. Have to.
